Working at Liberty Common High School
Liberty Common High School hires only the best professionals in their field and scope of practice. All applicants are thoroughly and rigorously screened before being considered for employment. All LCHS instructors, administrators and support staff are hired “at will.” LCHS instructors are paid slightly higher than the district average.
All LCHS instructors are hired on a professional basis (not on a union-wage scale) earning compensation commensurate with their contribution to the organization and professional growth as determined by regular and routine professional evaluations.
